01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the puji9 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and puji9. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the puji9 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by puji9, including the website, the puji9 mobile app, all games, the wallet system, and any promotional offers. 03Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one puji9 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, puji9 will close the additional accounts and may void any winnings generated through them.

When registering your puji9 account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your puji9 account login credentials. 04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on puji9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). puji9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your puji9 wallet instantly upon successful processing.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. puji9 processes withdrawal requests within two minutes of approval for standard requests. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification before processing.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200.
• puji9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been verified and used for deposits on your account.
• puji9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced.

05Bonuses and Promotions

puji9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus on puji9, you agree to the wagering requirements and conditions attached to that offer.

07Account Suspension and Closure

puji9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Underage gambling or failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at puji9 staff or other players.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting puji9 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.
